Food Waste Reduction Challenge

Carbon Lock Tech has been selected as one of six finalists in Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Food Waste Reduction Challenge. Competitors in this challenge have been working on systems and technologies that either extend shelf life or transform food waste into other valuable products. Carbon Lock Tech's solution is to convert food waste of all types into a stable form of biocarbon that can be safely sequestered for hundreds if not thousands of years.
