Designing for
scale

We partner with public and private stakeholders to develop and scale waste carbonization facilities, creating value through biocarbon products and carbon dioxide removal credits.

  • We design and develop proprietary pyrolytic reactor technologies capable of converting biomass and organic waste inputs into stable, specialized biocarbon outputs.

  • We work with municipalities, waste producers and managers, and rural, northern, and Indigenous communities to develop large-scale carbonization facilities that treat biomass and organic waste as valuable resources rather than a long‑term liabilities.

  • We research, develop, and produce specialized biocarbon products by understanding customer needs and ensuring consistent performance across a range of end uses.

  • We generate high-value, verifiable carbon dioxide removal (CDR) credits through the production and sequestration of biocarbon materials.

From Waste to Value

Biomass and organic waste are are carbon‑rich resources. But when left to decompose or burn, they create methane, odours, and pollution. By converting these materials into stable biocarbon, we manage waste more effectively while creating valuable products for agriculture, infrastructure, and environmental uses. Locking this carbon away also enables durable carbon removal, generating strong revenue opportunities through global carbon dioxide removal markets.

Waste as a Liability

Biomass and organic waste—such as scrub wood, grasslands, and food waste—are costly liabilities to manage. When left to decay or compost, they release their stored carbon back into the atmosphere as greenhouse gases, especially methane. Without control, these materials contribute to emissions, odours, and environmental risk rather than creating value.

Waste as a Resource

By converting biomass and organic waste into stable biocarbon, these materials become valuable inputs to multiple markets rather than ongoing liabilities. This approach provides partners with predictable waste management solutions while reducing environmental risks and generating new revenue throughs biocarbon product sales and carbon dioxide removal credits. The result is a scalable, commercially viable pathway from liability to value.

Questions and Answers

  • We are a technology developer, designing and deploying biomass‑to‑biocarbon facilities in partnerhip with public and private entities through partnership agreements.

  • We produce specialized forms of biocarbon with valuable applications in agriculture, construction, green infrastructure and mining and remediation.

  • Plants already capture carbon. When biomass decomposes or burns, that carbon is released again. We intercept that cycle and lock the carbon away permanently.

  • Biocarbon is used in soils, construction materials, environmental remediation, and other long‑lived applications that store carbon while delivering environemtnal benefits.

  • CDR credits are a new class of carbon credits can only be issued for solutions that remove and durably sequester atmospheric carbon for the long term.

  • We are currenlty planning the deployment of our patented reactor technology at a municipal landfill in partnership with private and community waste managers.
